Customer Success Associate
Skeptical Consulting seeks a qualified individual to serve as a Customer Success Associate in support of a federal pharmaceutical initiative. The Customer Success Associate will assist the federal government and industry partners, and distribution sites in communicating the safety, temperature, and status of pharmaceutical products and ensure standard operating procedures for shipping, handling, safety, and storage are followed. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage and respond to the service email inbox for sites.
Clearly and effectively communicate standard operating procedures to sites via email.
Identify and quickly respond to standard operating procedure violations by sites.
Call and communicate standard operating procedures to sites via telephone.
Identify opportunities for improvement and update standard operating procedures for the service team to optimize safety and compliance for sites.
Design and conduct trainings for sites.
Collaborate internationally with other service representatives.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Establish and maintain a strong partner-focused working relationship.
Qualifications for the position include:
3+ years in customer service, sales, or other client-facing role.
Must possess strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
Ability to explain complex issues/solutions clearly, concisely, and comprehensively.
Strong writing skills.
100% remote position.
