Project Manager
Position Available
Remote with infrequent travel to Washington, DC metro area required.
Skeptical Consulting seeks a qualified individual to serve as a Project Manager in support of a federal pharmaceutical initiative. The Project Manager will assist the federal government in managing, communicating, and collaborating with industry partners to achieve program success. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Build, customize, and deliver custom data analysis and reports for industry partners.
Document and prioritize the needs of industry partners and communicate to program leadership.
Identify requirements for and develop tailored technical materials to support project management documentation.
Design and conduct trainings for industry partners.
Perform business process engineering; analyze and optimize workflows.
Create internal policies, procedures, guidelines and supporting job aids.
Develop/conduct project planning activities to include collecting requirements and defining scope, developing project plans and timelines, and determining resource requirements.
Analyze project status and identify project activities or situations that may adversely impact to project plans and advise supervisors, team members and management of potential impact.
Establish and maintain a strong partner-focused working relationship.
Qualifications for the position include:
Undergraduate degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
5 – 7 years of experience in project management, account management, and/or customer service.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Must possess strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills.
Exceptional analytical skills and able to explain complex issues/solutions clearly, concisely, and comprehensively.
Remote-first position but must be willing to visit clients onsite twice per month in Washington, DC location.
